How to make your own Facial Masks

CREAM CHOCOLATE MASK


1/3 cup cocoa powder

3 tbsp. heavy cream

2 tsp. cottage cheese

1/4 cup honey

3 tsp. oatmeal

Mix all ingredients together and smooth onto face.

Relax for ten 10 minutes, then wash off with warm water.






EGG HONEY MASK



1 tbsp honey*

1 egg yolk

Mix the honey and egg yolk, apply to face.

Leave for 15 minutes and rinse well with warm water.

*!/4 mashed avocado can be substituted for the honey.





LEMON EGG MASK



1/2 lemon juice

1 egg white

Beat egg white, mix with lemon juice.

Apply to face and leave for 15 minutes

Rinse with warm water





TOMATO OATMEAL MASK



1 tomato (soft)

1 tsp oatmeal (instant)

1tsp lemon juice

Blend ingredients, apply to face and leave for 15 minutes

Rinse with warm water





PAPAYA ALOE



1/4 papaya (ripe)

1 1/2 tsp aloe vera gel

Mash papaya to pulp, add aloe vera gel.

Rub on face leave for 10 minutes

Rise with cool water.




HONEY MILK MASK


2tbsp honey

2 tsp milk*

Mix ingredients and apply to face .

Leave on for 10 minutes rinse with warm water.

*2 tbsp yogurt can be substituted for the milk.




FIRMING FACE MASK


1 tbsp honey

1 egg white

1 tsp glycerin

1/4 cup flour

Mix ingredients together and apply to face.

Leave for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.





PUMPKIN PAPAYA FACIAL



2/3 cup fresh papaya, mashed

15 oz. can pure pumpkin

1 egg

Prepare the mask. Cut the papaya and remove the seeds, add egg and pumpkin. Put in a

blender and blend until smooth..

Apply the Mask. Cover your entire face, being careful to avoid the immediate eye area. Leave

the mask on for 10 minutes.

Rinse off mask.
